COMUNICADO SOBRE LA CANCELACIÓN DEL CONCIERTO DE VETUSTA MORLA EN LONDRES

Ante la situación actual generada por el Coronavirus COVID-19 y atendiendo a las recomendaciones expresadas por el Gobierno de España para frenar el mismo, lamentamos comunicar que el concierto de Vetusta Morla previsto para el lunes 16 de marzo en el Royal Albert Hall de Londres queda cancelado.

La OMS ha declarado el Coronavirus COVID-19 como una pandemia global por los “niveles alarmantes de propagación” y “alto nivel de inacción” en el mundo.

Observando que la mayoría del público que acudiría al concierto es procedente de España y siguiendo la recomendación de no realizar viajes que no sean estrictamente necesarios, hemos tomado la decisión de no celebrar este concierto como medida de responsabilidad y de cariño para con el público y con todo el equipo de trabajo.

Tanto Vetusta Morla como los organizadores del concierto somos conscientes de las molestias que puede ocasionar la cancelación. Os queremos trasladar nuestras disculpas y ya estamos trabajando para buscar una nueva fecha para reunirnos en tan mítico lugar y que el concierto se desarrolle en un ambiente de seguridad y con todas las garantías. Estamos seguros de que esta decisión habrá merecido la pena.

Devolución de las entradas:

• Si ha adquirido sus entradas online no hay necesidad de hacer nada.  El importe de sus entradas* será devuelto en las próximas seis semanas a la tarjeta con la que hizo la compra.
• Si ha adquirido sus entradas por teléfono o en persona las taquillas del Royal Albert Hall se pondrán en contacto en las próximas semanas para la devolución el importe de las entradas*

*además de parking en el caso de haberlo contratado.

VETUSTA MORLA CANCELS LONDON. ROYAL ALBERT HALL SHOW

Due to the current situation generated by the Coronavirus COVID-19 and in compliance with the recomendations set forth by the Spanish Government to halt the spread of the virus, we are sorry to announce that Vetusta Morla must cancel the  March 16th show at Royal Albert Hall in London.

The world health organization has categorized the Coronavirus COVID-19 as a global pandemic due to the “alarming levels of propagation” and “high level of inaction” in the world.

Seeing how a very large portion of the expected attendance at this show would come from Spain and following the recomendations by the Spanish health authorities to not travel unless strictly necessary, we have made this decision to not celebrate our concert as a responsible measure towards our fans and crew in Spain as well as our local crew in London and at the venue.

Both Vetusta Morla as well as the promoters of the concert are aware of the many inconveniences that this cancelation causes.  We would all like to offer our sincere apologies and let you know that we are working with the venue to try to find a date in the future in order to celebrate this event in this legendary and historic venue.  We are confident that this is the right decision and look forward to the new date under conditions that guarantee the safety and health of all.

Information for ticketholders:

• If you booked onlineyou do not need to take any action. The face value of your tickets* will be refunded within six weeks to the card you made your payment with
• If you booked by telephone or in personour Box Office team will be telephoning you within the next six weeks to refund the face value of the tickets*.

*and any Imperial College car park spaces where booked
